Dear Pioneer Batch Comrades,
Members of the pioneer batch and staff from the Schools of CEE, EEE and MPE met on 10 May 2003 to form a volunteer committee to organise a 20th anniversary in year 2005.
A series of activities, culminating in a grand dinner, are planned. Tentatively, the main celebration will be a 2-day event held in November 2005.
On the first day, participants will gather on campus for a school programme and a combined Telematch followed by a BBQ.
The memorable day will conclude with the nostalgic Jam and Hop Dance so don't forget to grow your side-burns and wear your bell-bottom trousers.
On the final day, all participants are invited to a grand dinner at an elegant, five-star hotel to cap off our Anniversary Celebration!

To also mark this significant celebration, the committee has proposed to raise fund to present it as an anniversary gift to NTU. A fund-raising subcommittee will be set up for this purpose.
To make this event a successful and memorable one, the organising committee welcomes you to help out in the preparations and running of the activities.
