Two NTU graduate students have won Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors' Awards for their scientific breakthroughs that help improve security.
Enhancing the communication skills of student teachers

The Alumni Affairs Office organised its inaugural Chill-Out Night for alumni on 9 June at posh downtown nightspot Bar Rouge. More than 80 alumni from different graduating classes were at the cheery two-hour event.
NTU Chinese Society Alumni celebrate their 10th anniversary

The Chinese Society Alumni association organised a reunion camp from 27 to 28 May to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The festivities included a stay-over at NTU's Hall of Residence 2 and a mini-concert.

The pioneer batch of graduates from the School of Biological Sciences (SBS) celebrated their graduation in style at Mount Faber on 19 May, and had a night to remember!

This robotic invention, which mimics the speed, stealth and gracefulness of a fish while allowing for improved underwater operations, is NTU's catch of the day.
Safer cataract surgery with nanotechnology
Using nanotechonology in microsurgery, a team from NTU and The Eye Institute at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TEI@TTSH) has found a way to minimise the risk of corneal damage during cataract operations.
