Tips for resume writing
Sample resumes are available at CareerHub for you to browse and gather tips to write your own power resumes. Quick tips on resume writing can also be obtained from the career coach during career advising operational hours.
Market-your-resume
CareerHub provides the facilities necessary to market your resume. You can use computer-assisted program such as Winwork to help you write your resume or cover letter. Winwork can help you write a resume targeted for a specific job or a generic resume. You can also edit and print your resume in colour. There is also a webcam available in CareerHub for you to take a coloured photo of yourself and insert it into your resume.
CareerHub also helps to send out your resume to employers who are interested to hire NTU graduates. To find out how you can place your resume in our resume collection, enquire at the CareerHub reception counter.
Most of the market-your-resume service are provided free to all students and recent graduates except that students might have to bear the cost of consumables such as postage or quality papers.
