Recruitment Events

Recruitment events are most useful and relevant for final year students, fresh graduates or alumni. These recruitment events could be a stepping-stone to finding an ideal job. They are mainly events organised at various times of the year by CareerHub, which brings in employers who are ready to hire fresh graduates. Prospective employers are frequently invited to NTU to give recruitment talks, conduct in-campus job interviews and participate in career fairs.

The following are five recruitment events that CareerHub organises at various times of the year.

          Career Fair

Career Fair is conducted annually in January or February, catering to graduating students for their job search. It is also a great event for student from the other years to explore internships or to learn about career opportunties available.  The  career fair in 2008 is scheduled on 30 & 31 Jan 2008 and the website will be updated nearer to the event.

         Recruitment Talks

Attend recruitment talks to know what these employers expect of you as a prospective employee. Also find out what kind of job opportunities and career advancement await you in these organisations. Recruitment talks are typically conducted between January to March.

          Campus Interviews

Campus Interviews are conducted usually in May for graduating students only. Employers are invited to set up booths and interview rooms where walk-in interviews with graduating students are conducted.

          Career Efair@NTU

Walk through a career fair at the comfort of your seat. NTU was the first tertiary institution in Singapore to launch a career e-fair in 2000. The Career e-fair is conducted annually in the month of June/July and caters to both recent graduates and alumni. The e-fair features employers who have ready job-openings and allows graduates to apply online for the jobs.
