Tips of the Month: Handy Guide for Students

What's my network account name? What's my email address? How much space do I have for my emails? What should I do if I can't remember my password? Where are the computer labs I can use?

If you need help in any of the above areas, fret not. We have prepared a credit card-size handy guide for students. It is especially useful for new students who are not familiar with the IT services in NTU. In fact, we'll also tell you other useful websites for your stay in NTU.

Simply open the PDF file in Adobe Reader and print it out. You may fold it along the yellow lines and conveniently keep it in your wallet, or even cut it up and paste it on your notebook computer cover. If you do not have the free Adobe Reader installed, you may download it from CITS' Software Directory http://www.ntu.edu.sg/cits/SoftwareDirectory/, under the Utilities --> Viewers & Filters section.

Click the icon below to open it.

Then click on   at the top left hand corner of the Acrobat window to save the file to your hard disk.
