The following areas provide computing facilities for specific groups of staff and students of NTU.

Hall PC Rooms
These are only for the residents of the respective halls. For more details on the facilities available and how to use them, please check with the respective halls of residence.

School Computer Rooms/Labs
These are for the staff and students of the respective schools. For more details, please check with your respective schools. Some facilities, for example the Free Access Computer Labs at Nanyang Business School and School of Biological Sciences, operate in a similar manner to the CITS Computer Terminal Room. That is, you print your document and then proceed to the printer release stations to pay with your cashcard and collect your print-outs.

How do I print?
The computers at the Computer Terminal Room and various Libraries generally require you to login using your NTU network account. Once logged in, there should be printers that are already pre-configured for you to print.

When you select the "print" function from your document, you will be presented with a dialog box showing one or more printers. Select the desired printer and the page settings. The print job will then be sent to the selected printer at the printing room/corner which is maintained by printing vendors.

Proceed to the print job release station (normally a PC with an associated Cashcard reader), where you may need to login, with the same NTU network account that you used at the PC. A list of print jobs waiting to be released may be presented. Select your job and insert your cashcard to make payment for the job to be printed.

The exact steps may differ slightly as there are different vendors at different locations, and each may use slightly different equipment.
